Can you do a total of 1000 exercises in February?
That’s an average of approximately 36 per day, but you can vary the daily numbers however you like, just aim for a total of 1000 during the month.
You can do any exercises you want, but here are a few ideas to get you started
Press ups Step ups Sit ups Crunches
Squats Lunges Star jumps Burpees
Shoulder press V Sits Mountain climber
Seated ankle taps Wood chops
